£18,000-£20,000 base, plus extensive bonuses. £30,000-£35,000 OTE by end of first year

We are a recruitment consultancy specialising in the IT sector. We deliver into two key niches, which has given us a great name within the industry.

We work with some of the most prestigious names in the UK, from up-and-coming start-ups to established institutions, resulting in a highly diversified client base. We also organise an industry-leading meetup and conference in partnership with Microsoft, and this has taken us to the offices of some of the world's most prestigious technology companies: think Amazon, Facebook and Google!

 

Your Responsibilities:

You will be working with our recruitment team, on the candidate side only.

Your duties will include:

  • Being responsible for finding and engaging impressive candidates quickly and efficiently, making proactive use of job boards, databases, social media, and the telephone
  • Screening candidates both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Boosting revenue via high-end placements, to hopefully grow and develop the new delivery department
  • Advertising vacancies to promote the roles.
  • Attending networking events, usually on a monthly basis
  • Inputting detailed notes on our CRM, as well as performing general admin

  • No previous experience in this role is necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, possibly gained from previous retail, sales or other customer service roles, would be useful but not necessary.

  • A willingness to contribute to the business’s success and operate as part of a team.
  • Confident and outgoing, with the ability to build new relationships.
  • A general interest in people and what motivates job searchers.
