The Role:

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be our customers first point of contact and so you need to be confident in communicating with a wide range of people and be able to deal with issues, whilst maintaining an upbeat and professional manner.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • • Processing client bookings and service requests.
  • • Responding to customer enquiries, taking ownership of a query to ensure it is resolved.
  • • Supporting our Account Managers by assisting with enquiries.
  • • Deal with customer queries via telephone and email.
  • • Build and maintain good rapport with the clients you are working with.
  • • Deal with simple pricing and invoicing queries.
  • • Talk to our clients about the additional services we can offer when appropriate.

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

  • • 1 year’s Customer Service experience
  • • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • • Great customer service skills
  • • Excellent organisational skills
  • • A proactive approach when managing your workload and client issues
  • • A positive approach to work, looking for solutions, not problems in the tasks at hand
  • • Excellent attention to detail
