Job Description:

We’ve got some fantastic clients with a really exciting project pipeline and we are looking for a bright, proactive and highly motivated Creative Communications Assistant to join our busy team.

This is an exciting and varied role. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Event invitation and advert preparation
  • Designing development brochures
  • Designing exhibition materials (exhibition boards, questionnaires, posters, feedback forms)
  • Preparation of internal communication materials e.g. weekly internal newsletter
  • Preparation and maintenance of a library of templates for consultant use (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Assisting with the organisation and attendance of events and enquiry handling
  • Helping to maintain and update the company website

Person specification and Experience required

  • We are looking for a hardworking creative individual, who is able to create engaging visual materials of the highest quality.
  • The ability to write engaging copy, in plain English, would be an advantage.
  • You will also need to possess a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
  • Experience working with Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
