Who are we?

EmploySE1 is an innovative recruitment service that matches local jobs with local people.

Run collectively by three Business Improvement Districts in London SE1, Better BanksideTeam London Bridge and WeAreWaterloo, EmploySE1 offers businesses a great way to recruit local people easily and free of charge.

Our aim is to provide businesses with a hassle free, easy to use service where they are able to engage with, and recruit, local Southwark and Lambeth residents, offering them either work experience, full or part-time employment or Apprenticeship opportunities.

EmploySE1 works in partnership with local private and public sector employment agencies with specialist knowledge and experience of the local job market, to bring together the best possible recruitment service to businesses, making it now even easier for businesses to engage with local talent.

Southwark and Lambeth’s unemployed residents, part-time students or graduates can also view our local vacancies online and apply directly to EmploySE1 through our website
