Job Description: 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at our new restaurant in London, SE1.

This is a French/British restaurant with a nod to our Welsh Heritage. Our company ethos is based on using quality produce and good, honest, thoughtful cooking in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous chef or a Sous Chef to join our new restaurant.

Ideally from a 2/3 rosette background preferred but not essential.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a team and has the same love for the industry as we do.

Needs to have a good understanding for French cuisine - the menu will have a big influence around this.

Have a great passion for food and will want to grow with the restaurant.

We are planning to open 2 or 3 sites in the coming years so we need someone that wants to move up the ladder.

Can mentor/train junior members of the team.

Person specification and Experience required:
