Job Description: 

We are seeking an operational hands-on Area Manager with responsibility for multiple sites.  The role may suit Front of House Manager, Executive Housekeeping Manager, Duty Managers or those looking for a senior management role.  This is a key role within the company and assist in expansion of the company.

You will be required to lead and direct your teams to achieve revenue, budget and customer satisfaction goals by ensuring our standards of service delivery are maintained.  This role will be working closely with management teams to implement strategies.Duties Include:

  • The Area Manager provides overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the Site Managers.
  • You will assist the management to manage budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure.
  • Plan and implement work schedules for individuals and teams.
  • Monitoring and driving efficiency in all sites for which you are responsible
Person specification and Experience required: 

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Manager with excellent leadership, communication and multiple unit skills. The ideal candidate must have exemplary communication skills and will be responsible for covering a group of Aparthotels. As well as the ability to analyse and implement, the candidate will be creative, instigating new innovations and ideas that maintains our leadership position. The responsibilities will include all daily disciplines pertaining to Operations and increasing the performance of each location.  In this position, you will work closely with the Site Managers of each locations and assist them in achieving their strategies.  Experience in Front Office, rooms and housekeeping is essential for this role.
